Dry spicy Indian chilli chicken tikka recipe & cooking instructions

INGREDIENTS-
- 500 grams Boneless chicken (Cut into half inch cubes)
- ½ red capsicum
- ¼ cup Chicken Stock
- ½ green capsicum
- 3 tbsp. Chopped onions
- 3 tbsp. Olive oil
- 6 broken cashewnuts
- 7 Dried red chillies
- 1 tbsp. chopped Garlic
- 1 tbsp. roasted Cumin powder
- 2 tbsp. Tomato puree
- ½ tbsp. Red chilli powder
- 2 tbsp. Boiled Kidney beans
- 2 tbsp. Coriander leaves
- 1 tbsp. Chopped Dark chocolate
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Take a non-stick pan & Dry red chillies & cashewnuts in it till it gets lightly coloured.
- Now put it in a Mixer jar. Take the chicken cubes: break it & put in jar. Grind it to a powder.
- Heat the olive oil in a non-stick pan & cut both capsicums into big pieces.
- Add garlic & onion and sauté for 2 mins. till it softens.
- Add 1.5 tbsp. chilli-cashewnut powder & sauté for 1 min. Also add tomato puree & salt & mix properly.
- Add chicken stock & mix. Add boiled kidney beans & mix it well.
- Then add chocolate at low flame & stir it well.
- Garnish it with coriander leaves & Serve hot.
